Kaia is an associate specialising mainly in employment and corporate law matters. She can advise on drafting and concluding employment contracts and on employment disputes.

Before joining SORAINEN Kaia was working as a lawyer since 2008, as an intern at the Ministry of Justice and at the Tartu University Student law office.

Kaia has been on a two-month secondment in Germany in law firm Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek through the IRZ Network programme organised by the German Foundation for International Legal Cooperation (IRZ Foundation) in cooperation with the Federal Bar and the German Bar Association.
