Piibe Lehtsaar, an associate, focuses primarily on competition law. Piibe is part of the core SORAINEN Competition & Regulatory Team and takes part in managing competition law related questions from all our clients. As a result, she has an excellent overview and understanding of the most up-to-date competition law related issues and corresponding procedural practice.

Piibe has advised clients on competition law related issues in a wide variety of business areas from the food industry to the energy sector. The most common issues on which Piibe helps to find competition law compliant solutions relate to selective distribution systems, information exchange between competitors, pricing practices of dominant undertakings, supply agreements and other vertical cooperation.

Before joining SORAINEN Piibe was with another law firm and interned at a notary's office, in the legal department of Nordea Bank Finland Estonia branch, at the Tartu County Court and at Tartu University student law office.
