Tomas Talutis, a senior associate, has been practising law since 2001.

Tomas is regarded as an expert in the field of insurance law and securities law. He gained professional experience as a chief specialist at the Lithuanian Insurance Supervisory Commission for five years and for two years as a Commissioner at the Lithuanian Securities Commission, where was in charge of legal issues and implementation of the Markets in Financial Instruments Directive (MiFID). His recent assignments include: advising clients on issues related to insurance contracts law, securities market regulations, regulation of investment company activities, stock exchanges and trading in securities.
