Laura Čereškaitė-Kinčiuvienė, a senior associate, gained extensive experience of legal practice in Germany and Lithuania. She has been practicing law since 2003. Before joining SORAINEN, Laura practised at the Munich office of Clifford Chance in assisting leading global companies in international mergers & acquisitions. She also handled a wide variety of commercial litigation and arbitration cases while working for five years in Lithuanian law firms. Laura represents national and regional clients in state courts throughout Lithuania, mainly in trade and transportation litigation cases. She also has substantial experience advising on transportation law issues, mainly focused on air and road transport.
