SORAINEN quality policy aims to meet or exceed client expectations for excellent work and to offer consistent, integrated, high-quality legal services in a profitable manner across different jurisdictions. SORAINEN is the first law firm in the Baltic States and Belarus to implement a quality management system certified in line with ISO 9001 standards.

SORAINEN began developing its quality management system in 2002. The SORAINEN Baltic offices were certified by Lloyd's Register Quality Assurance in March 2006 and SORAINEN Belarus in December 2009. Internal audits are carried out annually in all offices, while Lloyd's Register Quality Assurance audits one office a year and all offices when certifications are renewed every three years.

SORAINEN's quality management system monitors the firm's management, support and case handling processes, with standards based on international best practice. This ensures fulfilment of client expectations by providing the best quality service as a combination of trust, confidentiality, punctuality and professionalism. It also enables the firm to remain economically viable through maximal personnel efficiency and prudent cost control. Since quality management is a nonstop process, the firm is continuously improving and developing its personnel and processes in a transformative environment to offer optimum client service.

SORAINEN's Quality Management Team, led by partner Toomas Prangli, develops, implements and manages processes and systems enabling SORAINEN to offer a uniformly high standard of legal services.
