Multicultural and multilingual teamwork
We work in 10 regional and local legal teams (please see also section on Regional teams). We have seven nationalities working with SORAINEN, so our working language is English in regional communication; however, our people can speak in altogether 13 languages. We stress teamwork in everything we do. While individual initiative and creativity is always encouraged, we have found that know-how sharing and team effort often produces the best results. Salary and benefits
Our success depends entirely on the quality of our people. We believe in rewards that recognise your contribution and acknowledge your value to the firm. Therefore, extra vacation days are available for long term personnel. In addition to the fixed monthly salary we have developed a performance bonus system for all levels of professionals. In order to promote business development skills, our personnel are entitled to finders fees. Holding our values is rewarded with personnel fund instalments. We cover your work related training fees.
