Panaxia acquires Lithuanian security company Trikampis žiedas

SORAINEN Lithuania advised Panaxia Security, a major Swedish security company, on acquisition of 50% shares in Trikampis žiedas, one of the largest security companies in Lithuania, employing over 450 employees in six offices.

We advised throughout the acquisition process, including legal due diligence of the target, drafting the share purchase and shareholder agreements and other transaction documentation, as well as other transaction support. Advice was mainly provided by partner Laimonas Skibarka and senior associate Liudas Ramanauskas.
