Sale of majority stake in Baltcom to AXA Private Equity and Resource Partners

SORAINEN Latvia is representing Baltcom, Latvia′s largest cable television operator, and its majority shareholder in a transaction for sale of a majority stake in Baltcom to AXA Private Equity and Central and Eastern European private equity adviser Resource Partners. SORAINEN was involved in vendor's due diligence of Baltcom, transaction documents and negotiating the transaction.
