Towmar Baltic buys out SMIT

SORAINEN Lithuania assisted Towmar Baltic, a leading towage company in Lithuania, in terminating joint venture with SMIT International Overseas B.V., which was concluded back in 2009. Upon termination of the joint venture, Towmar Baltic purchased 50% of its own shares from the previous shareholder SMIT International Overseas B.V. and consequently the share capital of Towmar Baltic was reduced respectively.

The SORAINEN team in this project was led by partner Laimonas Skibarka and associate Goda Deltuvaitė.
