Orion Asset Management establishes investment fund focusing on agricultural land in Lithuania

SORAINEN Lithuania advised Orion Asset Management, a Lithuanian investment fund management company, on structuring and establishing ORION AGROLAND VALUE FUND I. This is the first investment fund in Lithuania which will focus exclusively on agricultural land.

Our advice involved structuring the fund from corporate, regulatory and tax perspectives, drafting the fund prospectus and rules, registration with the Lithuanian Securities Commission, drafting investment contract documentation.
