Acquisition of majority shares in Rīgas piena kombināts

SORAINEN Latvia assisted Russian entrepreneur Andrey Beskhmelnitskiy in acquisition of majority shares in Rīgas piena kombināts, the largest milk-processing enterprise in Latvia and one of the leading industrial enterprises in the Baltics. Andrey Beskhmelnitskiy, who has successfully operated in the milk processing business in Russia and CIS countries as well as in international markets, intends to act as a financial investor in Rīgas piena kombināts. SORAINEN Latvia performed legal and tax due diligence and assisted the client throughout the whole share acquisition process by participating in negotiations, drafting transaction documents and closing the transaction.
