Corpore acquired majority shareholding in Jugaste, Liiva ja Partnerid

SORAINEN advised public relations firm Corpore in a merger with Jugaste, Liiva ja Partnerid by way of a share swap. The merger seeks to create synergies in combining the strength of Corpore in corporate communications with the experience of Jugaste, Liiva ja Partnerid in brand communication and change management communication.
