Baltnetos komunikacijos acquires Oslo products

SORAINEN advised Baltnetos komunikacijos on acquisition of 100% shareholding in Oslo products, an internet services provider operating in Vilnius, Lithuania. Baltnetos komunikacijos is a major Lithuanian internet and data communication, IT maintenance, telephony and data centre services company. The acquisition will strengthen Baltnetos komunikacijos’ portfolio of corporate clients.
