Japanese producer overcomes provisional refusal in Belarus

SORAINEN Belarus advised a Japanese producer of memory products in overcoming provisional refusal on expanding international registration of the company trademark to Belarus. SORAINEN elaborated several lines of defence and successfully implemented one of them, resulting in expansion to Belarus of company trademark registration.
