Former head of Construction Inspectorate Laura Nalivaikienė joins Sorainen

Laura Nalivaikienė, who headed the State Territorial Planning and Construction Inspectorate for nine years, has joined the Sorainen Real Estate and Construction Practice Group. Laura Nalivaikienė will be advising clients on a wide range of matters in the field of territorial planning, design and construction, real estate and infrastructure development.

While head of the State Territorial Planning and Construction Inspectorate, Laura’s responsibilities included implementing the authority's strategic objectives, increasing operational efficiency and improving the legislative environment. She also focused on increasing transparency as well as moving services in the field of territorial planning and construction to the digital environment in addition to consulting entities, improving methodological support for construction sector participants and supervising building modernisation.

Laura Nalivaikienė holds a master’s degree in law, having graduated from the Lithuanian Law Academy (now Mykolas Romeris University).

Notes Laura Nalivaikienė: “As my second term at the State Territorial Planning and Construction Inspectorate was approaching its end, I decided to continue my career in the private sector. Practising in the law, I will be able to apply my knowledge of territorial planning and construction regulations built up over the years in a new context.”
