Britta Pärk is an associate and head of Sorainen Food, Agriculture and Forestry Sector Group in Estonia. She focuses also primarily on environmental law. Before joining Sorainen, she was an advisor for the Planning Department of the Ministry of the Interior, where she dealt with questions associated with planning law and was also involved in developing several acts, e.g. Planning Law codification plus modifications of the Environmental Impact Assessment and Environmental Management System Act.

Prior to her legal studies Britta acquired a MA degree in natural sciences, with a focus on environmental management. Britta has over five years of experience working in an environmental consulting company, where she dealt with environmental impact assessments of plans and projects, environmental permits, waste management and environmental consulting.

Britta also has internship experience in environmental law.
