Carry Plaks, a senior associate, has been practising law since 1999.

Carry advises clients mainly on contract and public procurement law matters and her particular specialisation involves representing clients before the court. She has advised on product liability and consumer protection matters, including product safety and recall.

Carry is a recommended practitioner by The Legal 500 for maritime and transport practices in Estonia.

Carry has published legal analyses and articles in national and foreign publications, and has attended seminars and courses both in Estonia and abroad. She has presented at seminars and given lectures in law at Tallinn School of Economics. In 2003-2007 she was an active member of the Estonian Law Centre working group aiming at in depth and consistent analysis of Estonian court practice.
