Helen Ginter is an associate, focusing primarily on banking-related matters. She has been involved in several financing transactions and projects related to capital markets and financial institutions.

Before joining SORAINEN Helen interned with the Civil Chamber of the Estonian Supreme Court and at the Tartu University student law office. Helen, as a member of the Estonian moot court team, received third place in the Telders International Moot Court Competition, the highest ranking an Estonian team has been awarded in the competition.
