Kädi Sacik-Korn, an associate, is a member of the SORAINEN dispute resolution team. Kädi handles disputes concerning the law of obligations and court and arbitration proceedings due to her extensive experience in those fields.

Before joining SORAINEN, Kädi worked as a consultant at the Harju County Court and as a lawyer at the Ministry of Social Affairs. She has in depth experience in preparing drafts of court judgments and assisting judges in procedural matters, giving her excellent knowledge of and significant practice in civil procedure. Kädi’s main fields of specialization at the court were the law of obligations, family law, insolvency law and intellectual property law.

Kädi also specializes in defamation and libel disputes and has successfully represented both private persons and companies.
