Kaspar Endrikson is an associate specialising mainly in European and Estonian law relating to network sectors including electricity, gas, district heating and water.

Kaspar has carried out academic research in the field of European energy sector legislation. In his master thesis he analysed legal issues relating to ownership unbundling of electricity and gas transmission system operators.

Before joining SORAINEN, Kaspar worked at the Estonian Competition Authority as a legal adviser in the Energy and Water Regulatory Division where his duties inter alia included resolving disputes between electricity and gas market participants and representing the authority in court disputes. He had also earlier interned within SORAINEN prior to becoming a full-time member of the firm's Competition & Regulatory and Commercial Contracts Teams.
