Algirdas Pekšys is a partner and regional head of the Corporate Advisory Team, which includes the Corporate, Employment and Investment Incentives Practices. He has been practicing law since 1999.

Algirdas is regarded as a leading expert in corporate law, employment law and capital markets in Lithuania.

Algirdas has extensive experience in advising clients on complex corporate and M&A transactions, including cross-border mergers, company group restructuring and joint ventures. During his professional career, Algirdas served for some six years as a corporate counsel of the NASDAQ OMX Vilnius stock exchange where he gained unrivalled knowledge of the capital markets industry and legal framework. Algirdas is also involved in advising foreign investors on FDI projects in Lithuania and counselling clients on complex employment matters. Algirdas is a member of a working group advising the Government on improvement of corporate law in Lithuania. He also lectures on company law to other lawyers in seminars organised by the Bar Association.
