Kiryl Apanasevich is office managing partner with SORAINEN Belarus. He is also head of the SORAINEN transaction service line in its Belarus office which consists of the M&A and Private Equity, Real Estate & Construction and Banking & Finance Teams.

Kiryl is experienced in advising clients on large-scale, country-wide real estate transactions, development and construction projects, representing both sellers and purchasers, developers and investors. He also provides legal support to clients in numerous complex mergers & acquisitions transactions and asset deals, and advises on legal aspects of financing investment projects. His vast academic background in law and business administration enables him to find non-trivial, business-oriented solutions for clients in the most complex cases.

Kiryl holds a qualification from the Belarusian Ministry of Justice to supply legal services.

Kiryl has been practicing law since 2002. He is one of the partners responsible for establishing and developing the SORAINEN office in Belarus from the very first days of its operations to now being recognized as one of leading law firms in Belarus. Prior to joining SORAINEN in 2008 Kiryl practised for nearly six years in the Belarusian law firm Vlasova Mikhel & Partners.
