Inese Heinacka, an associate, has been practising law since 2002.

Inese's key specialisations include banking, securities, project finance and PPP, restructuring and insolvency. Inese has represented clients in complex cases involving finance transactions, securities, consumer credit, investment services, payment services and e-money services. She has also advised clients on local and cross-border insolvency issues and has delivered several seminars on insolvency issues. 

Previously Inese worked as a senior in-house lawyer in the SEB group (SEB banka and SEB līzings). While at SEB she participated in many notable leasing and factoring deals, as well as handling borrower insolvency cases. Before joining SEB Inese worked as an in-house lawyer in a non-governmental organisation representing the rights and interests of Latvian municipalities where she gained extensive expertise in legislative proceedings in Latvia.
