Mantas Petkevičius, a senior associate, is head of the Restructuring & Insolvency Team in Lithuania.

Mantas has been working with SORAINEN since 2004. He has recently been advising on business restructuring, including company reorganisations and spin-offs, debt restructuring, formal (in-court) restructuring and bankruptcy issues. In addition, he has been advising locally and internationally on mergers & acquisitions transactions, including high-profile matters, and offers extensive experience working with financial and strategic investors on both sell and buy sides. He also has broad experience in advising on corporate and taxation matters.

Mantas is one of the main authors of the recently-published directory Business Restructuring Solutions in cooperation with Verslo žinios and KPMG.
