Renata Beržanskienė, a partner and co-head of the Dispute Resolution Team, also heads the Commercial Contracts Team in Lithuania. The Dispute Resolution Team includes the Dispute Resolution, Public Procurement, Transport & Maritime Practices and the Commercial Contracts Team includes the Distribution & Trade, Information Technology & Data Protection, Intellectual Property, Pharmaceuticals & Life Sciences and Telecommunications Practices. Renata has been with SORAINEN since 1999 and has been practising law since 1991.

Renata is widely regarded as a high-profile litigation expert and the leading arbitration specialist in Lithuania. During her 20 years of practice Renata has been involved in many cases and represented clients in courts at all instances as well as in arbitrations, and has participated as an arbitrator in many arbitration cases handled by the Vilnius Court of Commercial Arbitration. She has been a member of the national group of Lithuania in the Permanent Court of Arbitration since 2011. In 2007, Renata was appointed a member of the ICC Commission on Arbitration. In 2006, the Czech Arbitration Court selected her as a panellist with the Czech Arbitration Court for EU domain name disputes. She is the head of the Lithuanian delegation to the Council of Bars & Law Societies of Europe (CCBE) and is a Council member of the Lithuanian Bar Association.
