    Advising a leading Arab airline on expansion to Belarus of its project for on-line sale of air tickets and auxiliary services, including holiday packages. Advice included analysing the multiple dimensions of the project in the light of local regulatory requirements, including regulation of Internet sales, data protection, consumer protection and jurisdictional implications.

    Advising Swiss IT company on tax and regulatory aspects of establishing and operating an innovative IT service designed for connecting customers with suppliers of products (services) through the web platform. In addition to general advice on provision of services via Internet the task included research and advice on choice of best location (in terms of friendly legal and IT environment) for call and data centres operating in several jurisdictions.
