  Conducting a full pan-Baltic personal data protection audit for a leading tax refund service provider involving extensive analysis of the client's business model and of personal data protection issues related to a planned service involving novel ICT possibilities and cross-border transfer of personal data.

  Advising Voxbone, a major European voice-over-IP telephony service provider, on aspects of local telecommunications law including VoIP regulation, allocation of numbering resources and notification requirements.

  Advising a leading global software company on behalf of a well-known international law firm on launching business online services and locating its data centre in Lithuania plus analysing whether the company's services meet legislative requirements in the Baltics.

  Assisting a leading Nordic IT solutions provider operating in Estonia with drafting and systemising documentation connected with launching several specific services. Services also included legal risk analysis and devising legal and IT solutions to mitigate risks relating to the client's novel web-based management and invoice authorisation solution, e-archiving and e-invoicing service agreements.

  Assisting a Belgian legal adviser to the executive body of international political organisation on information society and IT matters by preparing country reports on legal regulation and activities by Baltic governments. Topics included electronic documents, electronic signatures, e-ID, e-Government applications, SPAM, spyware and malware, identity theft, counterfeiting and piracy.

  Regularly advising Barclays Bank, a major global financial services provider, on legal issues regarding the location of its IT department in Lithuania and localisation of IT contracts.

  Advising a leading Arab airline on expansion to Belarus of its project for on-line sale of air tickets and auxiliary services, including holiday packages. Advice included analysing the multiple dimensions of the project in the light of local regulatory requirements, including regulation of Internet sales, data protection, consumer protection and jurisdictional implications.

  Advising Swiss IT company on tax and regulatory aspects of establishing and operating an innovative IT service designed for connecting customers with suppliers of products (services) through the web platform. In addition to general advice on provision of services via Internet the task included research and advice on choice of best location (in terms of friendly legal and IT environment) for call and data centres operating in several jurisdictions.
