  Assisting Riga City Municipality in finalising a draft Law on Public Private Partnerships in Latvia and negotiations during adoption of the law by the Latvian Parliament.

  Advising Riga City Municipality on a draft law for compulsory expropriation of private real estate for public needs.

  Advising major international lending institutions as potential financiers of the E77/A2 Road PPP in Latvia.

  Advising Handelsbanken, one of the biggest banks in the Nordic countries, on a PPP project financing renovation of five municipal high schools.

  Advising Siemens Financial Services, a provider of wide range business loans in the UK recognised as a business finance leader in a number of its core markets, on a public procurement tender for a master construction agreement and subcontracts and financing construction of a sports centre.

  Advising the city of Tallinn on structuring a transaction for constructing and operating an underground parking facility beneath the main city square.

  Advising Heimdal Byggsystem International, a Norwegian company operating in the construction and engineering sector, on starting and financing construction of a new modular system production plant in Ventspils, Latvia.

  Advising Riga City Council in the early stages of the Riga Northern Corridor project, an urban highway including a river crossing integrating Riga Port in the Via Baltica highway network.

  Advising the Latvian State Agency for Interior Properties on organising a PPP tender for a public building in the city of Ventspils.

  Advising a government body on carrying out a major PPP defence project for construction of a training centre at an estimated cost of EUR 70 million.
