Reimo Hammerberg is a partner and regional head of the Banking & Finance Team, which includes the Banking, Project Finance & PPP, Capital Markets, Financial Services & Regulation, Investment Funds, Structures & Pensions Practices. He is also head of the Insurance Team in Estonia. He has been practising law since 2001. Additionally Reimo has specialised in financial disputes and has represented clients in market manipulation and other capital market related disputes.

Reimo has extensive work experience in the Estonian banking, asset management, private equity and capital markets sector. His specialisations also include project financing and public private partnership (PPP) as well as market abuse and other finance litigation. He has advised major international financial institutions and private equity funds on complex issues related to the securities markets, lending, re-financing, project financing, leasing and respective security issues. In addition, Reimo teaches project financing and PPP at the Faculty of Law of Tartu University.
