Why invest in the Estonian residential property market now

Place: Restaurant Korsten next to Kultuurikatel
Time: 21 Mar 2017 09:00 - 13:15
Working language: English

Please join Sorainen for a thought-provoking business breakfast for professional investors, focusing on the opportunities and risks of investing in the Estonian housing market on Tuesday, 21 March, at restaurant Korsten (Põhja pst 27a, next to Kultuurikatel).

In neighbouring Finland, the residential property market has been thriving for several years: over a third of all transactions by professional investors involve residential properties, both in terms of euros and deal numbers. In Estonia, however, developers have been focusing more on offices and supermarkets, while residential properties remain largely unknown terrain.

The seminar will end with a very special guided tour to the legendary Linnahall property, a one-time grand venue for sports events and concerts that now awaits its renaissance.

Three reasons to attend the seminar

  • hear the largest Nordic private equity fund NREP shed light on promising aspects of the residential property market
  • gain insight into controversial new taxes affecting all group-level financing decisions
  • get a helicopter view of the latest market trends, and zoom in on opportunities
