In 2017, all three Baltic States have adopted or are about to adopt new rules on public procurement. A first-time joint pan-Baltic procurement seminar is being held to help Baltic businesses succeed in all three Baltic procurement markets. Leading Sorainen specialists from the firm’s integrated pan-Baltic public procurement practice area – senior associate Kadri Härginen (Estonia), counsel Raivo Raudzeps (Latvia) and senior associate, head of the team Laurynas Lukošiūnas (Lithuania) – will share their experience on how to survive in the Baltic public procurement market and how to handle the peculiarities of the versatile Baltic procurement laws. The seminar will take place on 11 May 2017 at the Holiday Inn Vilnius hotel, Šeimyniškių g. 1, Vilnius, Lithuania and the language of the seminar is English. Registration and morning coffee begin at 9:00; the event begins at 9:30. Event planned up to 13:00.
