The second Arzinger IP conference, Arzinger IIPC2016, is supported by the World Intellectual Property Organization, which leads the development of a balanced and effective international intellectual property system on a global level.

Jānis Taukačs, a partner and head of the Sorainen Tax and Customs Team in the Baltics and Belarus presented Baltic tax opportunities at the conference. Estonia is well known for its unique 0% corporate tax system and now also for e-residency. Latvia is known for its holding regime while Lithuania is often chosen for shared services’ centres and online gaming locations. Jānis will explain how the tax regimes of the Baltic countries are unique and will discuss IP-related tax ideas and developments in the Baltics and EU.
