Eugenijus Filonovas, a senior associate, has been practicing law since 2001.

Eugenijus' practice has focused on energy and utilities, infrastructure and regulatory and real estate and construction. He advices clients on energy, regulatory and property law matters. Eugenijus has extensive experience in advising on M&A and corporate law matters. Before joining SORAINEN, Eugenijus practiced law as a Legal Counsel and Member of the Management Team at Lietuva Statoil, a subsidiary of international oil company Statoil. He also advised local and international clients on company acquisitions and sales, mergers, joint ventures and other corporate transactions while working with another law firm in Lithuania.
