Laurynas, a senior associate, has been practicing law since 2005.
Laurynas has extensive experience in litigation, representing clients and advising in cases involving banking, insurance, employment, real estate, construction, restructuring and insolvency. He has also been involved in disputes on various corporate and related issues. In addition, Laurynas' practice has focused on commercial contracts ranging from lending and security to capital markets, including regulation of financial institutions.
Before joining SORAINEN, Laurynas practiced at another major law firm in Lithuania for six years.
