Mārtiņš Rudzītis, an associate, has been practising law since 2006.

Mārtiņš' key areas of expertise include banking, financial services and regulation, as well as tax and customs, he has a prior experience in international taxation, financial markets and regulation. Before joining SORAINEN Mārtiņš has worked at the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Latvia where he was involved in negotiations of international tax treaties and worked on various European Union issues. He has also gained considerable experience in banking, regulation and taxation of financial instruments at the International Institute for the Unification of Private International Law (UNIDROIT) and the European Commission.
