Jurgita Venckutė is a senior associate whose key areas of expertise are employment and corporate. Jurgita has been involved in projects concerning complex labour issues, such as collective redundancies, drafting employment policies and other documents, representing clients in employment disputes, negotiating employment termination agreements and executive exits, protecting commercial secrets and preventing unfair competition from former employees. She also advises clients on general corporate and commercial matters. In March and April 2011 she worked as a legal secondee at the headquarters of Barclays Bank Plc in London, where she gained valuable knowledge and skills in dealing with daily legal issues and contracts involving international corporation.

Jurgita is an acknowledged speaker and has conducted a number of presentations on employment topics for local and international audiences. In addition to professional activities she teaches at ISM University of Management and Economics.
