Raminta Karlonaitė, a senior associate, has been practicing law since 1998 and has been working with SORAINEN since 2002.

Raminta is an experienced practitioner highly recommended by legal directories. Her strong academic background has helped form a successful legal practice in mergers & acquisitions (M&A), private equity and competition law. Raminta has acted in M&A cases for both sellers and buyers, rendering legal assistance in all phases, and has led some of the biggest M&A transactions in the Baltic States. In addition, Raminta has extensively dealt with merger control, cartel and market dominance issues under Lithuanian and European law.
