Vidas Rudokas, a senior associate, gained significant experience during four years as a senior specialist at the legal department of Vilnius City Municipality Administration, where he was responsible for monitoring land, territory planning, construction, external visual advertising and private partnership projects, as well as during several years at another public institution where he was responsible for drafting amendments and supplements to legal acts regulating the Lithuanian transport system and other legal aspects relating to tramway project implementation in Vilnius. Vidas has also practised law at several law firms where he represented clients in relations with state and municipal authorities and real estate companies regarding real estate acquisition, development projects and transfer. Vidas currently advises on real estate acquisition, construction and development transactions, performing due diligence of real estate and related matters, representing client interests in public institutions and drafting acquisition documentation. His expertise also covers PPP related legal matters.
