Iryna Mitsianiova is an associate. Taxation law is her key area of expertise. Iryna advises clients on corporate income tax, double tax treaty matters, designing tax efficient structures for cross-border transactions and other tax related issues.

Her experience also includes advising clients on a wide range of commercial transactions, especially distribution, sales and licensing contracts, as well as lease contracts and mortgages of all types of assets.

Iryna holds a qualification from the Belarusian Ministry of Justice to supply legal services.
