Katrin Altmets, a senior associate, member of the Corporate Advisory Team, has been practising law since 1995.

Katrin specialises mainly in corporate and employment law matters such as mergers, demergers, restructuring, liquidation and corporate secretarial assignments. In addition Katrin has assisted clients in various employment law issues – advising in cases of disputes with employees and in negotiations between employees and employers, also advising on drafting and concluding employment contracts, in employment termination cases, and drafting internal rules for employers. She has also written a legal blogs on corporate law matters and delivered a range of presentations on employment law at international seminars.

Before joining SORAINEN, Katrin worked at another international law firm for twelve years.
