Priit Raudsepp is a senior associate. Before joining SORAINEN, he worked for the Estonian Tax and Customs Board, dealing with misdemeanour procedures, and criminal and tax law. Priit also has extensive experience as a tax litigator. He represents clients in tax disputes, tax audits and tax-related criminal matters.

Priit also advises clients on tax issues in relation to corporate mergers, divisions, liquidation and restructuring.

Priit has carried out extensive academic analysis on compliance of Estonian tax legislation with the European Mergers Tax Directive and also compared the competitiveness of the unique Estonian corporate income system in the perspective of financing units of international corporations. Priit has participated in analysing and drafting guidelines prepared by the Estonian Tax and Customs Board. The Estonian Moot Court also nominated Priit as the best orator in 2007.
