Inga Murula is a senior associate, advising on corporate governance, bankruptcy law, liability of management board members and shareholder rights.

Inga has extensive experience advising on corporate law matters from formation of companies to share deals, reorganisation of companies (including domestic and cross-border mergers), management and shareholder disputes, liquidation plus corporate governance in general. She has advised many international companies on restructuring the management of local entities in Estonia and on numerous other complex corporate law cases entailing investment incentives, business restructuring and in-depth analysis of shareholders’ rights. Inga has led several pan-Baltic and multi jurisdiction projects as well as cross-border corporate restructuring cases and has been actively involved in advising on many M&A cases.

Inga has conducted considerable legal research and has analysed implementation of EU laws into national legal orders. She has closely studied and conducted research on cross-border shareholders’ rights and cross-border provision of services in the EU.
