Jane Eespõld, a senior associate, has been practising law since 1997.

Jane has extensive work experience in advising major international and local financial institutions and investors on issues related to securities markets, investment services, banking transactions, project financing and PPP as well as regulatory issues including licensing of credit institutions and fund management companies as well as establishment of institutional funds.

Jane has seven years of experience in the largest commercial bank in Estonia, Hansabank (currently Swedbank). She also worked for two years as an audit manager in the Estonian State Audit Office where she led local government audits.
