Risto Agur, a senior associate, has been practising law since 2003.

Risto plays a key role in the firm's regional Corporate Advisory and Restructuring & Insolvency Teams and is an active member of the Banking & Finance Team.

Risto has extensive knowledge and experience in corporate governance, corporate debt and equity financing and M&A transactions as well as in corporate reorganisations and insolvencies.

He is a known speaker and lecturer in the fields of corporate and insolvency law and practice. 

Risto has been a recommended practitioner by Chambers Europe for corporate and commercial and by Best Lawyers in Estonia for corporate and M&A and corporate governance & compliance.
