Alisa Leškoviča is an associate with extensive experience in corporate law, immigration law and taxation law. During her career with SORAINEN she has advised on day-to-day corporate, immigration and taxation issues, ranging from company establishment, changes in corporate structure, and company reorganisation and liquidation to representing clients before state and municipal institutions and courts in highly complex taxation issues. For many cases Alisa has performed extensive research in EU law, and Latvian and EU case law applicable to client matters on VAT, customs & excise and payroll taxes.

Alisa has published articles on company and taxation law topics. In addition, she regularly contributes to the SORAINEN Latvian Tax Newsflash and Latvian Corporate Newsflash with her knowledge of tax and corporate law issues, which is always up to date.
