Saulė Dagilytė, a senior associate, is the head of Tax & Customs Team in Lithuania.

Saulė joined SORAINEN from Deloitte Lithuania, where for some years she had been working in the field of taxation. Saulė has considerable experience in advising Lithuanian and foreign taxpayers, solving day-to-day tax issues, performing tax reviews, and assisting and representing clients in disputes and negotiations with the Lithuanian tax authorities. Her particular strengths lie in advising clients on value added tax and excise duty matters. Additionally, Saulė advises clients on direct and indirect tax aspects of corporate mergers & acquisitions as well as tax risk management and tax planning.
