Tamara Sakolchyk is an associate experienced in the areas of distribution and trade, dispute resolution, and banking and finance. Tamara's areas of expertise include advice on supply of goods and services, carriage of goods, advertising, foreign economic activity, customs clearance, and price formation. She also deals with matters related to protection of intellectual property such as trademarks, business names, know-how and undisclosed information.

Tamara actively represents clients in state courts and arbitral tribunals. She gained substantial experience in international arbitration during her secondment at one of the leading Dutch law firms.

Tamara holds a qualification from the Belarusian Ministry of Justice to supply legal services.
