Toomas Prangli is an office managing partner of SORAINEN Estonia and regional head of the M&A and Private Equity Team, which includes the M&A, Private Equity and Privatisation practices. He is also responsible for the SORAINEN regional Quality Management Team. Toomas has headed the regional M&A and Private Equity Team for several years and played an active role in building up and developing the firm's internationally acclaimed M&A Practice. Toomas was also an office co-managing partner of SORAINEN Belarus for two years in 2009-2010. He has been practising law since 1998.

Toomas has been involved in a significant number of M&A cases, acting for both sellers and buyers, rendering legal assistance in all M&A phases. He has advised international clients including global investment banks, private equity houses, infrastructure companies, financing institutions and other strategic investors.
