Triin Väljaots, an associate, specialises in dispute resolution and public procurement.

Triin has carried out academic research in the field of law of obligations and public procurement. Her master thesis focused on abnormally low tenders in Europe and Estonia.

Triin has been involved in many high level procurement disputes. In addition she has experience in fraud prevention plus asset tracing and recovery.

During her studies at the University of Tartu she was a member of the legal department council for three years and has been an active member of the European Law Students Association in Estonia for four years.
