“Why invest in the Estonian residential property market now” - Seminar for professional investors
Kutse lugemiseks eesti keeles palun kliki siia: In English

Where is the Estonian residential property market headed? What excites Nordic investors about the housing market in Estonia and across the border? How should investors deal with the new law on apartment ownership and associations? How do new tax regulations affect loans between firms within a group? How is the Estonian Tax Authority fighting rampant tax evasion by private apartment owners?

Come and think along with us on these topical subjects on Tuesday, 21 March, at restaurant Korsten (Põhja pst 27a, next to Kultuurikatel) in Tallinn. Relevant mainly to professional investors but open to all, our seminar will focus on the opportunities and risks of investing in the Estonian housing market.

The seminar ends with a very special guided tour of the legendary Linnahall property, a one-time grand venue for sports events and concerts that now awaits its renaissance.
