Dear clients and cooperation partners,
On 23 February 2011 the Estonian Parliament passed a law regulating remuneration policy for management and employees of management companies, insurance undertakings, credit institutions, investment firms and listed companies.
This remuneration policy was developed in reaction to the global financial crisis and involves legal requirements. These will be explained at a breakfast seminar held by law firm SORAINEN in cooperation with Novare Compensation, a compensation advisory firm, primarily in the financial services industry.
We would like to invite you to participate at the breakfast seminar where Reimo Hammerberg, partner with law firm SORAINEN in Tallinn and Johan Sandgren, managing consultant at Novare Compensation, will provide an overview of the new requirements under the remuneration policy for management and employees of financial market participants and share experience from applying analogous policies in other regions.
